Terms and Conditions for Thad Woods Auction
1. All Estate Auction items are sold with no guarantees of any kind.2. A 13% buyers premium will be charged on all items . We give a 3% discount if paying by cash or check. 3. We accept cash, checks, debit cards and most major credit cards.4. Absentee bidding is accepted but must be submitted by 5:30pm which is one hour prior to auction. 5. Each item will be sold with no reserve or minimum of any kind. 6. New Merchandise sold on Friday nights is quaranteed.
